A graduate capstone project at NYU has led to this dream moment: Welcome to dromos!

We are a unique talent management agency, founded in the principles of the Paralympic Movement and inspired by the strength of Paralympians worldwide and their dedication to their sport. We take pride in the fact that we are not typical sports agents who are entering this business because it's the cool thing to do. In fact, we have been part of the adaptive sports community for a decade and understand the needs and unique challenges of Paralympic athletes better than most other agencies out there. We are proud of our client roster that is comprised of only Paralympians, elite para-athletes, organizations that are in the business to help grow the Paralympic Movement and support Paralympians.

The word "dromos" comes from Greek, which means road. Our clients are on a unique road to realize their dreams. We are honored to move alongside them and to make an impact on their lives through our work behind the scenes.
